How much does shipping cost?
The shipping charge depends on the destination and value of your order. This will be calculated during checkout. We offer UsPS ground shipment. Delivery times are estimates, some items may take longer for delivery.
When will my order by delivered?
Within 5-7 business days.
Should I contact you or the carrier with questions about my package?
If you have general questions about the delivery of your order or if you are wondering about the status of a backordered, please contact us.
What do I do if the package looks damaged?
Inspect the package for damage before signing for the delivery. If the package is damaged but the merchandise looks unaffected, note the damange on all delivery receipts before signing. If the package is damanged to an extent that the merchandise may be damaged as well, refurse delivery and call us at: 1-802-279-1093
What if I accept delivery and then discover a problem with the item after the driver has left?
If you discover a problem, please call us at: 1-802-279-1093 We may be able to resolve the problem without requiring you to return the item. You should retain all packing material until you're completely satisfied with the condition and performance of your purchase. That will make it easier to return the item if necessary.
